Main Pro Construction LTD started back in March 2019 as a maintenance and construction company. Since opening we’ve had small and medium size projects. Fast forward to 2023, the company is starting to invest in property development. Our director an Architectural Technologist graduated in the UK in 2012, worked on the London Underground Infrastructure programme as a Project Manager for 3 years and left the UK to settle in Mauritius in 2016. Since then he worked for an embassy as a Technical Officer for 5 years and started this company on a part time basis. He settle into a full time position at Main Pro Construction in October 2022. We have carried various jobs/project, as small as changing a light fitting or light bulbs for clients to managing and building a project of two houses back in 2022. This was our biggest project yet and we were involved as per RIBA plan of works from stage 0 (Strategic Definition) to stage 6 (Handover). This successful project was a great learning curve for our company, which gave us the idea to start investment into Property development.
